Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 7–14 days of delivery, depending on product category. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags.

2. Non‑returnable Items

  • Perishable goods and items with hygiene seals once opened
  • Customized or made‑to‑order products
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and top‑up/recharge services
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs

3. Return Window & Condition

Initiate your return within the stated window from the delivery date. Items should be in resellable condition with a valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack the item securely with all original materials.
  3. We will arrange pickup or share the return address and instructions.

5. Inspection & Approval

After receiving the item, our team inspects it within 2–5 business days. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of the return.

6. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible.
  • Refund timelines vary by payment provider and usually take 3–10 business days after approval.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or store credit.

7. Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item). Return shipping may be deducted from the refund when applicable.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange cannot be completed, a refund or store credit will be offered.

9. Defective or Incorrect Items

Please report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence. We will prioritize replacements or full refunds for verified cases.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider.
  2. Contact us if the refund is not visible after the stated processing time.
